1. Course Enrollment Fees
All course enrollment and registration fees paid to Lal Chand Health & Educational Trust are considered confirmation of admission into the selected program.
Once a student has successfully enrolled in a course, the institute begins allocating resources such as training materials, faculty, and classroom facilities.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

If a student cancels their admission within 3 days of registration, and the course has not yet started.

If the institute cancels or postpones a course due to unforeseen circumstances.

If payment was made in duplicate or due to a technical error.

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

If the student has already attended any class or training session.

If the student decides to discontinue the course after the course has started.

4. Processing of Refunds
If a refund request is approved:

The refund will be processed within 7–15 business days.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during the transaction whenever possible.
5. Course Transfers
In some cases, instead of a refund, students may be allowed to:

Transfer their enrollment to another course.

Transfer their seat to another batch of the same course.
This will be evaluated based on availability and administrative approval.
